One of the specialties of Arita Manufacturing is the processing of small-diameter and fine work on lathes. We have specialized equipment for fine work, including five CNC automatic lathes with a spindle moving type (Pieterman, Swiss type) capable of bar work, as well as two NC lathes and three NC combined lathes. The advantage of bar work is that instead of manually removing and setting materials one by one in chuck work, bar stock (standard lengths of 2m to 3m) can be set directly into the machine, allowing for continuous cutting like a Kintaro candy.
